Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing service company with a strong, positive culture in need of a driver/customer care representative who loves people and delivering exceptional customer service. There are additional commissions that will be paid for selling our services while visiting clients on your route. This is not required and is additional compensation on top of hourly pay.
Position is full time and requires a CDL Class B license with air brake endorsements.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and initial and random drug testing due to sensitive nature of business.
Daily lifting, up to lift 100 pounds.
REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years route experience required.

- Enjoys keeping equipment maintained and will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comfortable in transmitting contained medical waste containers

Trucks leave and return out of Stuart, FL daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer incoming calls, Live Chat and Website Submission leads using our simple script and emphasizing our value over price alone
- Use CRM software to enter all leads, track customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and refine sales strategies
- Maintain our amazing first call close rate
- Provide verbal and written proposals to incoming leads
- Follow up on all leads and proposals
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and prospective clients
- Listen to and overcome prospective client objections
- Attend and actively participate in weekly Client Excellence meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have great communication and listening skills. You must have incredible organization skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma Required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- CRM Experience Preferred

COMPENSATION
- $19/hour while training. $20/hour once trained and taking inbound leads

What you'll be doing:
- Sending out contracts to brand new clients and following up with them until contracts have been signed and returned.
- Reaching out to existing clients not yet in contracts to secure contracts.
- Updating current client contracts.
- Sending and responding to 5-Star Google review requests.
- Monitoring and responding to email campaign responses from potential clients.
- Entering new leads into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Assisting with overflow calls from prospective clients when needed.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years of office administrative experience (preferably in customer service)
- Efficiency and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A willingness and ability to learn new software quickly
- Attention to detail and highly efficient
