What you'll be doing:

  • Sending out contracts to brand new clients and following up with them until contracts have been signed and returned.
  • Reaching out to existing clients not yet in contracts to secure contracts.
  • Updating current client contracts.
  • Sending and responding to 5-Star Google review requests.
  • Monitoring and responding to email campaign responses from potential clients.
  • Entering new leads into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Assisting with overflow calls from prospective clients when needed.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of two years of office administrative experience (preferably in customer service)
  • Efficiency and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A willingness and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Attention to detail and highly efficient

  • Competitive compensation: $19 per hour during training, $20 per hour upon successful completion of training
  • Simple IRA employer match of up to 3% of W2 earnings after first six months
  • Seven paid vacation days, plus Paid Time Off after first 90 days (increases thereafter up to three weeks per year.).

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
