Upon inquiry, explanation given was simply "it's due to our annual price increase". Poor billing execution, poor communication, excessive price increase. Disappointing.read more

Pricing was not competitive and much lower than other competitors in the space. The driver, Emilio, called me 20 minutes before arriving and introduced himself and quickly began to work. He finished everything very quickly and all throughout he was very amicable and made sure to explain key details about the process as well as other services that the company provides. At those prices we will not return. And again, the operator of the event was super nice!example:$280 last year for 2hrs$250 Per hr this year = $800was told that the price went up again to $400 per hour = $800That is about 3x the cost and feel that it is far too excessive to shred paper next year. Unless a deal can be struck.read more
